Official Members of Sirens of Silence Charity it's time for us to release two scholarship positions for this
Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH) course 'Positive Psychology Tools'
Learn effective tools to assist with building and maintaining resilience and wellbeing in your daily life.

Positive Psychology Tools
11/03/2020 – PERTH

This course will support participants to:
  • Develop an understanding of Positive Psychology and the evidence upon which it is based.
  • Understand and be able to apply Positive Psychology tools including the “PERMA”model.
  • Practice a range of positive psychology strategies.
  • Be mindful of their own wellbeing and how to use effective self-care strategies.
  • Integrate their learning from this course into their work and/or their own lives.

**To be eligible for full scholarship placements from Sirens of Silence Charity  - your attendance is required in full or the course fees may be recovered from the member**
